Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Ink Studio AI. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Ink Studio AI provides AI-powered tattoo design generation and skin rendering tools. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for design inspiration and visualization purposes only. Generated designs are meant to assist your creative process — always consult a professional tattoo artist before getting inked.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using Ink Studio AI, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others
• Upload images of minors in any context
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use generated designs to infringe on third-party intellectual property
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs as your own original artwork without attribution

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By submitting content, you grant Ink Studio AI a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or generated designs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit (including photos of other people — you must have their consent).

5. Generated Designs

Designs generated by Ink Studio AI are created by artificial intelligence. You may use them freely for personal use. For commercial use (selling designs, using in merchandise, etc.), you do so at your own discretion and risk — AI-generated artwork exists in an evolving legal landscape and we make no warranty regarding intellectual property status of outputs.

6. Credits and Subscriptions

Free accounts receive a limited number of generation credits. PRO subscriptions provide additional credits and features. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit allocations with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated designs will be unique, error-free, or suitable for tattooing. Always review designs with your tattoo artist who may suggest modifications for technical feasibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ink Studio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made regarding actual tattoos based on AI-generated designs.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
