• Images you upload — body photos and reference images you provide for tattoo generation or rendering. These are processed and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
• Prompts and inputs — text descriptions, style choices, and quiz answers you enter to generate designs.
• Usage data — anonymized logs of features used, generation counts, and errors, for service improvement.
• Account data (if you create an account) — email address and hashed password.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate tattoo designs and skin renderings as requested
• To improve our AI models and generation quality (using anonymized aggregate data only)
• To send account-related emails (password resets, billing receipts)
• To detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded photos for advertising or profiling.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

Your prompts and images are sent to Higgsfield AI for processing. Higgsfield acts as a data processor under our instructions. Images are used solely to fulfill your generation request and are not retained by Higgsfield beyond the processing window.

4. Data Storage

Generated designs are stored temporarily and accessible via your session. If you do not have an account, designs are stored in your browser's local storage only. Uploaded images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your session ending.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function (session management, authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:
